Educational purpose

AI Next Door provides educational lessons about artificial intelligence tools for personal use. Lessons are delivered by video call or, in some cases, in person in Sydney.

Lessons are for educational purposes only. Nothing we teach constitutes financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional or official source.

AI tools can and do produce inaccurate results. We will teach you how to recognise this, but we are not responsible for any outcome resulting from your use of an AI app outside of lessons.

Rescheduling and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson. You can use the link in your confirmation email to do this, or send a text message directly.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled without charge, at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full alternative time or a refund.

Gift purchases

When you purchase a lesson or course as a gift, the recipient will be contacted to arrange a time that suits them. Gift bookings are non-transferable once the first lesson has been delivered.

If the recipient is unable to use the gift, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

In-person lessons

In-person lessons are available in Sydney only and incur an additional surcharge of $20 per lesson to cover travel. Please select this option at the time of booking.

In-person lessons are delivered in your home. We ask that you ensure a suitable space is available (table, chair and access to your device). We reserve the right to switch to video call if the in-person option becomes impractical, in which case the surcharge will not apply.
