What we collect
When you book a lesson, we collect the information you provide through the booking form. This includes your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the five lesson-preparation questions (your device type, how you video call with family, and what you’d like to learn).
If you contact us by text or email, we keep a record of that conversation. We do not collect any special categories of personal information (such as health data) and we will never ask for financial account details.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:

- Respond to your questions and messages
- Comply with our legal obligations as a business in Australia
We do not use your information for marketing to third parties and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it
We keep your booking information for as long as needed to deliver your lessons and meet our legal obligations under Australian law (including tax records for seven years). If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
